Diane Rucker is the Executive Director for University Enterprise Labs (UEL), a non-profit incubator dedicated to supporting early-stage life science and technology ventures. She works with resident companies on growth, strategy, and day-to-day operations, and on helping teams to get "unstuck" - to understand the real problem that they need to solve and to take measurable action.
