Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Managing a mental health condition is a full time job, on top of your full time job. In this discussion we'll talk about how employers can help create an inclusive, equitable environment/culture and how employees can broach "the elephant in the room.”

We’ll discuss:

  • How employers can approach HR situations when an employee discloses they have a mental health condition

  • Strategies/approaches for employees when advocating for support/awareness of mental health conditions in the workplace

  • How to start building an inclusive and healthy workplace culture that recognizes and supports mental health wellness

  • Ideas around resources and tools you can turn to for more information on this topic

We will leave plenty of time for Q&A from attendees.
