Optimizing Product / Service Configuration with Systematic Innovation Almost Sold Out!

Limited Capacity filling up

At early stage, discovering product / market fit is essential. Systematic design and innovation can amplify and accelerate that process. Most entrepreneurial teams are passionate about their product or service – so passionate that they may not be thinking systematically about it. Systematic innovation can help entrepreneurial teams to refine their product / service configurations and connect their product or service to real-world customer needs.

Systematic innovation explores and optimizes multiple attributes for an ideal or un-discovered product / service configuration. Systematic innovation is an art and a science. The "science" is generation of various combinations of attributes and identification of feasible / relevant configurations. The "art" is identification of relevant attributes as the basis for combinations. Every solution space is unique. A more robust approach can integrate product attributes and customer attributes.

This session will combine presentation format and workshop format. In the presentation portion, we will provide an overview of the principles. In the workshop portion, we will explore an example or two in the participant context. We will solicit examples from participants in advance. Participants who submit their examples will have a chance to refine their product / service configuration with our approach.

Participants will gain access to a more robust and repeatable approach to product / service innovation and an innovation practice that integrates more effectively across the team. This session is relevant for early-stage teams that are forming their product / service offerings; it is also relevant for entrepreneurial teams that are pivoting to discover product / market fit.

If you would like to submit an example, please contact us with a brief description of your concept.  https://bit.ly/2pkQUkx
