This event is intended to give an overview of important legal issues and documents for companies in the start-up and early stages.   We will cover the main points on entity formation, founder stock and founder agreements, employment and consulting agreements, tax issues, IP issues, shareholder agreements, and outside financing.  This discussion is to be informative, inspiring, and perhaps even entertaining.   We would rather have an interactive session than a lecture, so we welcome your questions.
