This presentation will be conducted jointly by Brian Edstrom, attorney at Avisen Legal, and David Duccini, owner of Silicon Prairie Portal & Exchange (a registered securities crowdfunding portal based in Minnesota). Brian will draw on his former experience as a securities regulator, and David on his expertise in blockchain technology, to offer tips on the “dos” and “do nots” of utilizing crowdfunding, initial coin offerings (“ICOs”) and other innovative strategies to raise money for your business.
