The challenge of deploying AI-enabled products shouldn't prevent young companies from realizing their tremendous business value. With a little care, lean start-up methods can be used in the development of machine learning products. Field Nation is the leading marketplace for B2B, on-site, on-demand contract work, and the trust leader in this sector of the gig economy. To build that trust, we need to create products that make accurate predictions in a marketplace that has humans on one side and organizations of humans on the other. I will share some lessons we have learned in the development of Field Nation's first AI-enabled product, our Provider Matching Recommendation system.
