Advancing Minnesota’s agricultural heritage with the tiny livestock of the future. I am at the MVP stage with my St. Paul insect farm, raising crickets for human consumption. I love talking to people about insect agriculture and what roles it will play in the future of food. I am looking to expand my network and to find partners, mentors, investors and customers. I would love to work with local chefs & restaurants, and local food producers & CPG companies to provide a high quality local product.
